2 families, 4 beautiful and fun children and The Philadelphia Museum of Art….

It had been a year since I saw these kids and they all have grown so much! They were, as expected, full of energy and smiles. I had a great time with them all!

Group Family Portraits!

This past Sunday I had the opportunity to photograph the extended family of a wonderful family that I have been photographing for some time now. Their three girls are always so much fun. Here is a link to some of the holiday portraits that I did of them this past season: Sisters!

Since I always enjoy working with them, I figured that this group family portrait would be fun as well. Lucky for me, I was right! It isn’t always easy gathering people together for a large family portrait. In this case, everyone was in great spirits, cooperative and happy! A wonderful thing!! I’d also like to mention that they had a great sense of humor which is always appreciated by me. Also…. with such delicious food being served (my husband and I ate up the yummy muffins!) sitting for a few group portraits was worth it, I’m sure.

The portraits are a gift for the parents/ grandparents 50th Anniversary. This is a priceless, thoughtful and wonderful gift to celebrate such a momentous occasion! I do hope that they love it!

Another set of clients that I have been working with for quite a while now! It is so great to get to see so many kids growing up. It is really quite amazing, actually!

This year, the families got together to do a surprise portrait session as a gift for their parents (the children’s grandparents). So, we got these 9 cousins together the day before Thanksgiving and we did a quick portrait session in the drizzly rain. It worked out great and the kids were just incredible! We got great groups shots right away. Thanks kids!!!

Since we ended up creating an album of some of the portraits as part of the gift, I have included some of the pages as my blog. Enjoy!!
