It seems like it was just the other day that I photographed Lauren & Kevin’s engagement session AND wedding…. Now they are just weeks away from welcoming a little girl into the world. Crazy and exciting stuff!!
This was a random portrait session of Lauren. She and her cousin, Linda, had stopped by for lunch just before her appointment with the midwives at Valley Birthplace (yeah, she “stole my birth plan”, as she says… but I love it!). Since she likes to stop at intersections unnecessarily for loooong periods of time and because I was busy stuffing my face with Soup Kitchen (one of the places I miss greatly from my old neighborhood) fare, this was literally a 10 minute portrait session. We ran haphazardly around my yard and I hoped for the best. Luckily, Lauren is a breeze to photograph. Also, Linda was there to lug around my big boy, Wesley, and help make the afternoon entertaining. With those ten minutes we certainly had a lot of laughs! 🙂
I am super excited for Lauren & Kevin and can’t wait to meet the newest member of the Rigby clan soon!
